In July 1945, President Truman sits alone, preparing to sign the order to drop atomic bombs. Suddenly, space, time, and history bend, and a young pacifist from 2025 appears who refuses to let his decision stand. As the two stand off, they grapple with the bombs' impact, the ways their lives intertwine, and the question, "Is a world without war possible?"
